Overpriced cages - rooms are tiny, parking tight. Horrible customer service - zero sense of courtesy. No resonsible processing of application on time. Financial documenation requirement goes to a level of privacy breach.

Location, location, location...is everything! Office Manager (Colleen) and Maintenance Manager (Steven) are friendly, prompt and professional. Parking is close to my unit and I feel safe in my new home.

I am going on my second month as a resident at this apartment. I have nothing, but great things to say about my experience from the beginning. The office personnel Kerlyne is amazing we hit it off from day one! The community is great. The part I love most is being .5 seconds from the highway.

Honestly I did like the neighborhood and the apartment but way overpriced. At the end of our lease, the office lady lost our departure paperwork and was unprofessional when communicating with me. That was a huge turn off Too bad the previous manager is not still hereshes at Copperwood and was great. I moved out after 4 years. Relatively Ok experience but the office is super disorganized...
