    The staff is what really sets this place apart. If you're here for any amount of time, you'll get to know Andrea and Trudy and they're fabulous. Maintenance requests are taken care of very promptly, and for how affordable our unit is, we're blown away by the quality! A few things to note before you move in though: The parking garage is nice if you can afford the $200 a month to live on the first floor. Any floors above that, and it's extremely precarious, and will scrape the bottom of your car. Make sure you drive all the way up to the rooftop before you sign up for parking. Second, the windows in our unit do not open, but we do live on the 7th floor. I don't know how standard that is for Cleveland high-rises, but if you're someone who likes fresh air a lot, you should take note. Finally, the laundry machines are at the end of the hallway, which is not ideal but they work fine. A long list of minor things that make the apartment extra amazing: There is a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and plenty of wall outlets. The water pressure is fantastic, and the shower head is nice and large. Huge windows and tall ceilings let in so much light. Heating/Cooling is very effective, and is included in rent! Lastly, the walls are nice and thick, so unless your neighbor is a drummer (which ours happens to be haha) you don't have to worry about being overheard. All in all we are so satisfied with our place, we've been enjoying being able to walk to work and around downtown, cooking in our spacious kitchen, and staring out our windows at the streets below. I definitely recommend this place!

    There are a lot of extra expenses associated with this lease that you do not find out about until after it's too late and you've signed the lease. Parking will be minimum $155/month, though they will tell you $100/month and then when you sign up for parking, you get some surprises. Also, the freight elevator is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so don't plan to move on the weekends.

    There are multiple extra expenses they do not tell you about. Was told parking cost $100 a month when it actually cost $170 a month and the garage to park in is horrible and does not seem up to code. The washers constantly breaking and the cards to fill to pay for the washer and dryer are a hassle. Packages will be delivered and they constantly forget to notify you, and you can not get in the package room without their email. There is no way to get out of your lease early, so save your time and money and live somewhere else.
