Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Do not believe anything the property manager says, they are just covering up for the owners who do not care about this place. Lived here for 5 years and the same stuff keeps happening. No hot water for going on 2 months. The air/heat units are outdated, broken and leak. Once are "fixed" sometimes they refuse to clean your carpet. Multiple thefts of cars and people's property from their units. Property management is vague, slow and lies in there responses. Refusal to renew leases, fulfill work orders or give updates. Has pests of all kinds. The gym equipment is outdated. The fire system does not work so it is a death trap that should be shut down by the fire Marshall. Multiple turnover of staff because they can't keep up with the lie and headaches of this place. AC/Heat hardly works and is turned on so late in the season you already run up an electric bill. The whole place is outdated from the pipes that burst and leak all the time to the carpet and furniture. Do rent, move or tour here!!!

all kinds of bugs and mice in the walls that get into your apartment easily through olddddd outdated air conditioning units. windows leak water, pipes burst every other month, terrible communication with management, honestly no saving graces not even the laundry room or gym. oh i almost forgot there was even a pool because the last three years ive lived here it hasnt been open. even before covid they didnt open it all summer. key fob door entry down a lot and you get locked out of the apartment building. lol!

This apartment building is horrible! They advertise AMENITIES that they are very aware arent available to residents and There's a huge problem with the incinerators there, that have gone unrepaired. This issue has caused MAGGOTS in the hallways that go into the apartments. If something such as this is being ignored the management is horrible! I would not suggest anyone rent from these ppl.

It says no pets but the property manager has a cat And she made me get rid of mine so as long as your in with the office you can have a pet. If not well be ready to find a new home for your furry friend.
