Nice! Everything is nice. Beyond my what I though it would be.
First, the security guards that man the desk at night are always very respectful and clearly doing their best. I am only ever home at night so theyre who I have to go to with maintenance problems and they try to help the best they can.
As for everything else: The surface parking lot for tenants is covered in potholes and the gate is often broken/left open for days at a time, meaning anyone could walk into the lot and enter the building through the rear door that doesnt lock. There are 3 elevators and I have personally been stuck on two of them multiple times, I talk to other residents while in the elevators and just about everyone has a stuck in the elevator story from this building. Maintenance entered my apartment while I wasnt home to do something with the water for the tenant below me, but they left all my lights on and I was never informed that someone would be entering my apartment. If I hadnt have filed a complaint, they would have never mentioned it to me either. I have no clue how many times some strange man has come into my apartment in the middle of the day without me knowing about it. The property manager is pretty rude and makes it clear that its an inconvenience to her whenever tenants have maintenance issues. I doubt the other paying tenants enjoy not having running water or having the key fob system malfunction late at night, making it impossible to get into the lot or garage because the 24/7 maintenance wont answer the phone. The phone number that is listed on the lease for emergency maintenance is a 1-800 number that is an automated machine asking you to take a survey to win a Caribbean cruise. Even if you answer the first question, it says thank you and hangs up.
I created an anonymous Google account to post this review because I see that the building often replies to negative reviews pretty condescendingly and that makes me uncomfortable and afraid of retaliation. I will not be renewing my lease come time.
I lived a little over a year somehow got bedbugs for the first time in life before staying even 6 months but they said it had to be my fault even though they have a exterminator ever Thursday. I payed the $250 for my small apartment to get steamed after getting rid of my bed. Other neighbors on other floors told me they had the same problem. One guest told me he saw a bed bug on the lobby couch. Right before my year lease the bugs showed again way worse then before and I rufused to pay again because I am positive the building has an infestation. I ended up leaving everything for the bed to the couch and the dishes. Worst thing in life.
The pool has been green all summer and there are no chairs by the pool like in this picture, the water pressure is good 85% of the time. The equipment in the Gym isn't always working and the equipment that is is not in good working condition. The carpet is not replaced and is patched together. All the units do not have an dishwasher and the air conditioner has broken down 2 this summer throughout the building. Overall the rent is cheap, and the employees are VERY nice, but you get what you pay for.
Quinton my guy I he works hard and a great person
