How much is a one bedroom apartment? Do you have to have good credit?

As everyone has mentioned before the maintenance crew here is horrible, they take months to fix the simplest things. Rent continuously goes up atleast $20 a year. It says no pets allowed but 90 percent of the residents have animals. Hallways always smells like big funky booty. Only reason I bother to continue to stay here is because of the spaciousness for the price.

Maintenance suck don't fix no problems

DO NOT COME HERE. We can never get ahold of management. When we need repairs or if we need to talk to management we always get a voice mail and never get a call back no matter what time we call them. Sometimes we get a note on our door from management in response but not always. We have had a hole in our bathroom ceiling for years now and maintainance has said multiple times they would be back to fix it but they never do. The floor outside the basement unit is always wet from flooding when it rains. People leave garbage bags in the hallway. When it's time for the lease renewal, we have to hunt them down to get it, and since they are not available when we are home we have to either call off work to sign the lease or we have to ask for a copy to sign and return(and that takes time for them to reply).

I went today to look at an apartment at LaFayette Village. I noticed on my walk around to the front of the building to get to the leasing office, there were screens bent in half and hanging out of some of the windows, and there were cob webs in-between some of the the double-pane bedroom windows I still proceeded around to the leasing office. As soon as I opened the door, I was in a dark and dreary hallway with dark blue dirty carpeting and steps leading down to the 1st floor level. All I could think about was how dirty everything was and that this place must be infested with roaches. So without anyone knowing I was there, I did an about-face and couldn't walk fast enough back to my car! This place us so nasty!

Lafayette village is the worst place to live !!!! The apartment hallways stink extremely bad of poop and pee . People pick up their dog poop and leave bags in hallway. The maintenance is terrible. Nothing is ever fixed . The owners dont care and will argue with you that something is fixed but broken . Do not move here and waste your money. Youll spend more money trying to fix things and keep up with sanitary actions. Also mold is known in these apartments contact me for more info !!!!!
