Kimberly Park Apartments

I struggle to decide how many stars this property gets. I moved because I bought a house with my husband and my mom. Lived here for 3 years and here is my story! To start, the office staff gets a bad rap. I don't thinking they deserve anything negative. The office staff including the manager Karen have always been kind and understanding with us. It is one of those you get what you give situations. I approached them with kindness and they gave the same back. Then we move into the people who live in the buildings. Gross. Simple as that. There are so many nasty smells and stains due to adults who are unable to clean after themselves. They also break things then complain when it doesn't work. Not all were gross but a bunch were. Maintenance... When we first moved in we had John! He was amazing!! He was honest, kind and fixed things correctly. Unfortunately, the guys who took over are terrible. My AC unit leaked and soaked my carpet and one guy "fixed it". About a week later it leaked again and soaked again. Keep in mind they have to dry between this time. I then had a blower (twice) in my apartment wasting my electric bill because they didn't fix it the correct way. The second guy who came fixed the AC but tried to tell my husband the padding was dry. I was at work and told my husband to double check. It was soaked. He almost left the soaked padding to cause mold and mildew. It was like this all the time with things with that department. The one guy used to bang on my door when he came. WHY???? I even said was that even necessary? That was an example how they do not respect your home. The management company Millennium. I will personally never recommend anyone live on their properties. They don't care about anything. $$$$ is all you are to them. In the middle of the pandemic when people lost their jobs they gave no assistance. When I moved out I was charged around $700 for (mostly for carpet). I accepted the charges and paid for them.

Beware do not rent from these people. They will overcharge you for a move out fees. And are not willing to work with you at all. And will charge you for a pet that you never had. And state theres evidence against you. So just save yourself the headache and do not move in

so..so,so..nice apartment..sadly, the elevator broke down as we were moving in and being disabled I had to miss a Dr.Appt,,The Manager that lives on premises is nice..but the lease agent needs to understand salesmanship and plain, old fashioned Kindness..

This place is horrible! Do NOT move here. Management sucks. Karen doesnt do her job and doesnt care about her residents. They handed me a packet and said come back when you know what floor plan you would like and a money order or check for the deposit. I did not get the apartment I thought it was getting. She collects a paycheck and that is it. There is one younger Maintenance man who is awesome! He has fixed everything I have complained about and is very friendly

I have lived at Kimberly Park for almost 5 years. I absolutely love my spacious apartment. I just had my bathroom remodeled with beautiful new flooring and vanity. To my surprise, the remodel was completed in less than a day. Maintenance did a great job and was very professional. I am very happy to live here. Thank you to Ashley & all the staff involved with keeping Kimberly Park a great place to call home!!

I have lived here for more than 10 years. I love it!!! Ashley, Jasmine, Lori and Carol are the BEST!!! Repairs are done in a timely matter, the maintenance crew are very professional and very prompt. They just repainted my entire apartment and upgrade my bathroom flooring. I can not say enough nice things about this place. Here's to living here for 10 more years. Thank you Kimberly Park Apartments for all of the years of great service. I really do appreciate all of you!!!!

I lived for over a year in Kimberly and it’s such a good place to live. I never had any problems with the management. Work orders were always done in time. The building is equipped with new system so very safe place to live in. All the entrances use key fob system to get in. Def recommend Kimberly if you are looking for a good place.

Kimberly Park Apartments are a wonderful place to call home! First of all the leasing staff are super kind, caring and professional. Karen, the property manager is so professional and nice. The apartments are super clean, very comfortable and extremely spacious. I didn't even need all the space I had! But I used it for decor and storage. Their 1 bedroom deluxe are more than 800 square feet but do note there are different types of sized apartments and different layouts for your preference, up to 2 bed 2 baths, and all very spacious though! They even have extra storage units on top of that! Laundry is convenient because it has washers and dryers on every floor and you can use a money card and refill it at the automatic money machine in the lobby. Their apartments are huge for the price and have central air conditioning which is so awesome in the hot Summer months. Note that all utilities are included like water, sewer and trash and there is no gas, everything is run on electric which is all you have to pay for utility wise. Dishwashers included! Pet friendly if you have pets too. Maintenence is on top of everything that needs fixed! There is a bus stop right near the leasing office. Close to a convenient store called Lucy's Dairy Mart, 2 gas stations, Citizens Bank, a car repair shop and plaza with Dollar General, and the Metro Parks, all within walking distance! They have the Metro Parks literally on site in their own backyard! Along with a picnic area and grills. The views are incredibly beautiful watching the gorgeous sunrise and sunset from your oversized private balcony which every apartment includes. Beautiful and comfortable overall! There is a Fitness center, party room, and so many more amenities! An elevator is included in every building lobby. They are all safe and controlled access and have an intercom too. Neighbors are super nice as well! Kimberly Park Apartments are upscale and should be called luxury living, the very best in the Parma area, I would even say the best in Cleveland overall! Very safe area! Reasonably priced for everything you get. I highly recommend Kimberly Park apartments! Very happy and satisfied with my experience here! Beautiful apartments! Love Kimberly Park!

Well we just moved here and yes we love it so far. Wish it had a pool .. but the apartment is very spacious and bright and so far everyone we have meet are very friendly ...#thephillips

Loved it when I moved in 3 years ago. Management has changed.. Moved in to a complex WITH an elevator for a reason. Elevator is out of commission now for the 3rd time this year. Would not recommend Kimberly Park anymore which is very sad..

Looking for an apartment? Keep looking! These apartments are NOT a place you want to be living. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Things never get fixed within a timely manner. The building and furniture is very outdated. Their one elevator was down for over 4 weeks and there was no priority or rush to fix it. The front office just said "we have no idea when it will be back up and running again" They had no consideration for disabled or elderly people who had a hard time using stairs. When I needed to get my couch moved out they suggested "getting a rope and lowering it down the balcony myself" since the elevator was down and it wouldn't fit through the side door! What kind of idiots would recommend this to a tennant?????? To top it off they wouldn't return my security deposit because of a dime sized spot on the rug! Lived there over 2 years but guess they don't consider "normal wear and tear" and just keep your money! I even asked management three times about getting my security deposit back before i left and was told a "check would be sent in the mail". SURPRISE! three weeks later, I get a BILL saying I actually owe them for cleaning!!!! When I questioned them, management sent me the most petty pictures I have ever seen and claimed it justified them to keep my security deposit! I think they were just trying to make up for the money they lost because no one wants to come to their crappy apartments! Read the reviews....please save yourself from this place! I am not the Only bad review for this place.....just keep reading. You will find several more! It's not just the tenants when you see review after review rating you poorly!
