Integrity Cleveland Heights

We were reviewing apartments for our cousin and connected with TK at the Lennox office. She showed us 3 locations each better than the one before. TK listened to our needs, was professional and compassionate. Although we were not able to continue the move due to our cousins health issues, I would recommend TK and Integrity to anyone looking for a home. Lisa & Mina

This place is a nightmare. The apartment is beautiful inside but overpriced. Management does not care about you. Its all about the money! If you complain about something they will not fix the issue. You will be paying for parking as well.. I would never live there again.

June 2023 Recent Experience. DO NOT lease here unless you want to be sleeping with large Asian roaches! Apartment is falling apart, leasing office is nice and responsive when youre leasing but not sympathetic at all the Pest problem that is absolutely out of control! The water from the pipes has a bad odor and taste. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache! Mentally this is straining me knowing that these large roaches are crawling around my apartment. Get out while you can!

I was not to impressed with these people. They expect you to give them your driver license leaving it at their leasing office and drive around the city while they show you apartments. They got highly upset, when I refused to do this, basically threw us out.

Integrity apartments is a series of old apartment buildings mostly in the Cleveland Heights areas that have different levels of renovation. Some have A/c and in unit W/D, others dont but most have window unit ability or laundry facilities. These buildings are old so they are drafty in the winter and not insulated against noise. So if youre neighbor prefers to wear shoes inside or argues loudly on the phone, you will know. Similarly, people on the street having a normal conversation will sound like they are talking to you at your window. The last problem for these units is the neighborhood. Cleveland heights is near UH, VA, CCF hospitals and CWRU, but some buildings are on busy roads and near grocery stores and others are not. The closest store moved recently down the road 5 minutes. Cleveland Heights has no parking. Nearly all streets by apartments require a permit to use, or special permission to park on overnight (police department only give you 7 days a month). This means it can be hard to find somewhere for visitors to park depending on your building. Some of integritys buildings have spots but they are down narrow alleys that are often blocked. You can pay for city permits at lots nearby. Integrity is good at responding to maintenance requests placed online. Their emergency number is hit and miss. They allow some pets but depending on your dog size they will only rent to certain floors, I suspect again due to the noise. There arent many building extras like extra storage, gym equipment, etc at most of their buildings. There are new apartment buildings with many amenities in this area but they overpriced. Integritys prices are more what I expected based on other cities that I have lived in.

A LITERAL NIGHTMARE 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND MICE INFESTED REALTY GROUP AND THEY TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE LOSS OR INCONVENIENCE!!!!!!! There units give Flushed Away ,Ratatouille and Tom and Jerry with out Tom entire staff is incompetent.You would be better off living in a cardboard box . Justin is terrible and chloe is no help . Be very cautious signing a lease here this has been the worst experience I have ever had with an Apartment Lease. Buildings will be rodent infested when the weather gets cold. They exterminator will not be able to do anything you couldnt. I have had mice in my apartment since January have spoken with maintenance serval times and there has been nothing done to date to resolve my issue. If you sign a lease with this realty group you will be living with Mice like they are also on the lease. Also the agency will do nothing to accommodate this egregious in convenience. Chloe is nice but theres not much she can offer to help past maintenance. I asked if we could transfer units thats a huge fee ask if you can end your lease they will take your deposit and then require you pay two months rent to do so . Neighbors leave trash in shared spaces as well. Apartments are beautifully renovated but once again you WILL BE LIVING WITH MICE.

Horrible customer service. They always have excuses and pass the buck.
