Lived at another property of GMS for over 20 years really loved it there Northern View Villas with my boyfriend Charlene and Victor were just wonderful Now I will be moving to Hunters Manor very soon beautiful property Can hardly Wait especially Love they have washers and dryers in suite

My husband and I downsized from a home and we really wanted to find the perfect place that we would now call home. We love our apartment and have no regrets. The management and Maintenance is wonderful. They keep it well maintained. We have great neighbors always it's always a quiet community, everyone is friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I have. We have no plans on leaving here. This is now our home. Come check it out, trust me you will have no regrets!! The Federico's

My husband and I downsized from a house an apartment to Hunter's Manor, due to him not being able to keep up on all of what a home requires. We really looked long and hard for the perfect place, we now call home. We visited a few times , drove around different times of day and night to get a good feel of what the community was like. We met again toured apartment and made our decision. The Apartment leasing dept was amazing, very nice. We have lived here now going on 3 months, we know without a doubt, this is home and feels like home. We are very happy here and would recommend this place 5 stars. Thank you again to all the staff that make Hunter's Manor apartments look beautiful, well kept up and an all around great team. The Federico's

I don't understand the review from 8/20. How did it get published? The truth about this place is that it has gone so far downhill in every aspect that I don't believe it can ever come back up. I should know. I lived here for a decade and am glad to be somewhere else where I am appreciated and treated with respect. Where the hallways, lobbies, parking areas and pool are kept clean. Where work orders are taken care of almost immediately. Where my rent check is cashed within a day or two. Good luck to you if you decide to live here. You will need it.

You will be treated nice until you sign the lease. After that good luck getting these people to fix or help you with anything. They are all so rude! Take a good look around when you check the place out. Nothing matches up to the hype. When you leave you'll be charged for all kinds of things you supposedly broke or didn't clean.
