        A good location for the price but more often than not, the office and maintenance staff are SUPER rude for no reason and it is pretty outdated so I guess that makes up for it. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

        False advertise availability an nicorrect pricing. Utilities cost $$$ that tenant pays .

        I have lived at plenty apartments and this is by far my favorite one. Great location for downtown living and good value. I looked at several layouts when picking an apartment, there are a number of variations to choose from. The maintenance staff is there within minutes if you have any issues, office staff is super friendly, office manager is the most helpful and personable person. I highly recommend living here.
