Camelot Apartments

I currently.live at the Camelot Apartments. Will be here 1 year coming in a few months which I plan to renew my lease. The property manager Brittany is awesome and when I first inquired about.an apartment she made me feel warm and welcome. Very spacious rooms and very roomy closet spaces. Every floor has 2 washers and 2 dryers plus u get a storage locker free of charge. They have garages at a decent price. Quiet building clean and neat. I made Camelot my forever home!! You will love it here!!

Second worst place I have ever lived would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Management was horrible, owners are irresponsible and maintenance was rude. Do not rent from here or any of their apts.

Called in to book a showing for one of your 2-bedroom apartments, drove 45 mins from my area to Parma for your leasing office to tell me they dont have any 2 bedroom models to show. I wasnt told that on the phone when I called for my showing in advance, she just showed me the same pictures I saw on your website. Waste of my time!

I would not recommend this place for anyone who wants to practice their right of quiet enjoyment. Very unprofessional, unapologetic, and uncaring of maintenance issues.

Nice place for what you pay for.

Terrible management, poor apartments conditions. Over charging, definitely Not transparent. Extremely hot in the summer due to old screening doors also cold in the winter, better bring your own fans and heaters.

I definitely recommend Camelot apartments! We have been living here for two years and it has been such a great experience. From the BEAUTIFULLY remodeled units to the amazing staff it has been great. I cannot say one bad thing about this apartment as well as the management. Any time I had questions the management team was always able to step up and help me. Rent prices are very affordable and they do allow pets which is a great bonus! Area and location are a plus! Camelot deserves 5 stars!

Highly recommend

I highly recommend Camelot! I really appreciate the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere here. Many residents have lived here over 20 years. The management here screens people well, so as to not allow criminals in. I really appreciate that. I think many surrounding apartments are not up to par with the safety, cleanliness and noise free environment of this complex. They have a standard side and a luxury side as well. So, they can accommodate a wide variety of people. I really LOVE the maintenance and house keeper here. They are so kind and very good at their jobs. Each floor has 2 washers and 2 dryers also, which is unique and convenient! So, if you're wondering about Camelot, it's really great. Also, right next door is Lydia's Strudel Shop, a MUST TRY. Also there's a flower shop and excellent pizza place!

I had a wonderful stay at Camelot apartments! Lots of great things about this complex. To start, i found management, including the ladies in the leasing office to be professional and kind. The apartments itself are gorgeous with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and wood flooring (I lived in the new building so I can’t speak to the older building). The rent is on the cheaper side compared to most places so you get great value. There is plenty of parking and the workers keep the buildings clean (I see them vacuuming and cleaning often). The area is very safe and you are within 5 mins of most department stores and within 10 minutes of major highways. Lots of diversity in the area as well! Overall, I will miss this place and truly had a great experience here!!

Camelot B was beautiful. A must see in Parma! The upgrades and details really show quality.

I have been here for 1/1/2 yrs. I love it here. This is my for my forever home. Staff and leasing manager Brittany is a very caring person it shows when you come in looking for an apartment. 🙂🙂
