There are far better luxury apartments closer to Uptown and Case than Axis at Ansel can offer. I have lived here since August, and have had an ongoing issue with my upstairs neighbors' lack of consideration with their foot traffic. I spoke to both Tammy and Cassandra about this matter since October and provided several recordings, yet they haven't resolved the issue. It has even reached the point where both of them have stopped responding to my email complaints. Ultimately, this is most likely an infrastructure issue and their company does not want to hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. If you're looking for quality luxury apartments, I would recommend Centric or mayfield station apartments.

The manager (Tammy) was extremely helpful. She worked with us to get us moved in on a much-needed timely basis. Tammy was professional and a wonderful person to do business with. The facility is gorgeous and clean. Tammy even provided us with little welcome gifts to be the cherry on the cake! We are thrilled to be staying here for a few months as we work at the Cleveland clinic. Everyone should go to Tammy for their needs!
