8 Reviews for Waldorf Towers Apartments
This is an excellent location for graduate students. Pros include security (will receive packages); optional indoor parking; minimal pest issues throughout 4 years in 2 different units. Downsides of the building is that it is older (as are most apartment buildings in Cleveland Heights), and the overall building maintenance is mediocre at best. Expect leaky faucets/showers/fridge. Overall I recommend this building for its convenience factor.
I appreciate how close the building is Case, and my view of the city, but I sometimes feel like I would get a better deal elsewhere. The rent is pretty high for the amount of space I have, and niceness of the apartment (especially the bathroom and kitchen), but because I wanted to be walking distance from campus, this turned out to be a good option.
Great location and generally quiet, but an old building. Apartments could be refurbished. Maintenance response is very slow.
Rent compared to other places is high. Gym is non existent in the laundry room with 5 cardio training machines only. Faucets always leaking, Windows creak if it's slightly windy. Two front desk people are great. One lady is extremely rude. Otherwise, great convenience if you're a CWRU student, great service with repair and maintenance.
Price is slightly expensive for the size of the rooms. The room itself is not in the best condition as well prior to move in and many of the parts of the room are not properly maintained by the management. Most importantly, the management is not kind or respectful to the residents here and treat most of the residents poorly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
