Rude, unprofessional group of so called adults. Unclean yards, halls and stairwells. They dont care. another slumlord type. Dont waste your money.

If i could a negative 5. No stars. First you deal with unkempt yard, hallways/stairwells you have to deal with the so called staff/maintenance. They are the most unprofessional company. It is like communicating with a teenager, as if you are disturbing them when its their "job" to handle apartment repairs and such. This place gives this city of Cleveland Heights a bad rep.
