The quality is dwindling, certainly not what it was a decade ago. The rent keeps going up without better services provided. Garage now twice the price. Its all about the money to Concord, they act like they are doing you a favor by renting to you. Seniors here complain a lot. Residents are leaving in droves. Management is unreasonable and will not work with you when you have an issue. With so many housing options available in Cleveland, take your hard-earned money and go to a better managed apartment complex. During the pandemic they stopped accepting packages in the office (nothing wrong with that), but my packages are sometimes on another floor, or even outside the building. They are so concerned about the virus yet there has never been a single sanitizer station throughout the building. The elevators are constantly faulty, always undergoing repairs. Imagine walking up the stairs to the ninth floor! During power outage (not as rare as youd think) there is no backup generator; how can they not afford a generator with all the rent from about 200 units? Just pathetic all around.

Sent me an eviction notice for being 3 days late with my rent. I pay my rent every month. I've only been here 4 months. Would not recommend.

This apartment building refuses to fix maintenance issues for months on end, no compensation and management wont return phone calls. Unfriendly and inconsistent office staff. I regret moving here wholeheartedly.

Absolutely loved living here. Maintenance was fantastic, requests would be done within the day. Rent very reasonable. Apartments very clean and newly remodeled. Other residents in building are friendly and quiet. Ample free parking + garage parking available. 30 second walk to grocery store, Home Depot and Marshall’s. Absolutely 0 complaints.

Very nice apartments!

The pros of this apartment is it is very clean. However, the leasing office is very rude, inconsiderate and sketchy. They moved me into a faulty apartment knowing of the issues. As a paying tenant, the treatment I have received for asking something within reason is unethical.
