    I have lived here for 2 years. I moved in right when they were getting all of the buildings painted and it looks so nice. The office is nice, maintenance does a good job with work orders. The parking lot is getting a little better with the pot holes being repaired i just think they need more speed bumps. My apartment has a breakfast bar between the kitchen and the living room which i love.

    Apartments are way overpriced, dont ever try to upgrade to a bigger one before your lease is up, I asked countless times and my neighbors ended up upgrading months after I was put on a list, but still Im told there are no apartments available. The parking lot has multiple large potholes that people constantly swerve to avoid, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do/say, the water heaters only heat the water for 8 minutes and 43 seconds (yes I counted, I need more than that to shower), the sinks take forever to drain, even with an entire bottle of draino poured into them, there are stains on all the walls, and they dont usually clean the apartments in between tenants unless theres too big of a mess to ignore.

    I have been a resident at Cedargate for 3 years. The place had gone downhill since I moved in. I have had 3 repairs during this time. The repairs were done with used parts, requiring them to be done again. The driveway is pitiful, many of the sidewalks are lower than the ground resulting in walking through mud when it rains. The exterior of the building need paint. A few of the speed bumps were removed and people drive too fast in the complex. Several days a week, we see " dumpster divers". It is obvious that corporate does not care about the appearance of the complex. The asphalt in the parking areas are gone down to dirt. The units are overpriced. Several current tenants are moving out when our lease expires.

    Nice neighbors and the management is very helpful. The maintenance is great and keeps apartments in great shape.
