This property is infested with bed bugs and the office staff does not care and they won't do anything about it. I found this out from a former tenant. Heat treatment work a lot better than that spray they keep using. Being a property manager myself knowing that there's people that are allergic to these bugs I myself being one, I try to be sympathetic, but I found out that the staff here is not that way they DO NOT care. They forget if it was not for the residents/tenants they would not have a job. They are screening their calls so they don't have to talk to certain people that live there. They need training on how to treat residents/tenants with respect.
