Moved into Williamsburg in September, gave them the checklist of things that needed to be fixed. I was promised someone would be in my apartment all day fixing things. Multiple phone calls later its now December and still nothing has been fixed. Only thing they fixed was my dishwasher. Literally thats it. Nothing else. Move in day there were 2 dead birds in my closet. No one has been up to check it out yet, water leaks from my bathroom down to my kitchen that I have to clean up every time I shower. Now the water is lifting the tile off the floor. They cut a big hole in my kitchen where the water was leaking and never fixed the problem or patch up the hole, I pointed out the place needed new windows. The maintenance supervisor told me himself that the windows would be replaced and still nothing. my bathroom lights they cut on whenever they want to. . Its cold out now. Maintenance came in one da to fix my bathroom And they did nothing but dirty my bathroom up and they also turned my heat on and left all my lights on. I came home to my heat on 80 degrees and all my lights on as if I dont pay for electricity. I wouldnt recommend staying here unless I was a handy man/maintenance guy. Ive seen maintenance almost every other morning walking around in groups picking up trash but no one stops by my unit to make sure things are ok. Seriously you dont need 10 guys walking all together picking up 1 piece of trash in buckets. Honestly about to start looking for a new place to live. Please pay attention to the reviews before moving into an apartment complex. U can tell the real ones from the fake ones.
Maintenance is horrible ! Rent is to high for something they dont provide us ! We pay for pool & gym ! The gym is very trash and the pool havent been open in two years during the hot summers! Williamsburg is just trash! Dont move here they be lying !!!
DO NOT NOT MOVE HERE. I lived here, in 2018 I was paying 665.00 a month pl/utils. Now they want 709.00 an mth, and still a raggedy place. The Williamsburg is a big ghetto, for Hartwell/Finney town area.
The apt flooded. The management company the vista does not cater to the residents, but the profits and pocket money. As much as the Williamsburg makes off the rental property there, the gates should be closed at all times. That's what your paying for the security. The land is shifting causing plumbing/ and mold in some of the one-bedrooms on Raleigh lane. If you really need a place and are deperate then yes they are okay?
Terrible communication, trash everywhere, and it takes over a month to get any maintenance done. The pools have been out of use for two years. The apartments are a nice size, but the hassle dealing with the office makes them not worth it. And rent goes up each year. Every neighbor I have talked to has had similar issues.
I posted this review to their google page already..
Look elsewhere at all costs!!
I do not live here but my fiance does, he was too nervous to write his own review due to how spiteful these people can be. Ever since he moved in here hes had issues with maintenance, office staff, and amenities being provided.
It takes weeks for maintenance to address issues and when they do come they do the bare minimum to get the job done. Some maintenance people can be pleasant while others can be down right rude and sneaky.
The office staff are very rude and will lie straight to your face. They incentivize people to leave 5 star reviews by saying they will get money off of their rent. So keep that in mind when you see any 5 star review that sound similar to the ones around it. They tell people what they want to hear and Ive literally heard front staff saying they only care about thier commission from getting people to sign.
Also, they publicize that they have security. In the year and a 1/2 my fiance has been here he has never seen anyone patrolling and their security gate has been non functioning the entire time. They also publicize that they have 3 pools available to residence. Again, the whole time my fiance has lived here only a 3' deep tiny pool has been open while the other 2 have never been open.
They charge top dollar rates for sub par living conditions. I would pay $100 more to live in a cardboard Box on the side of the road.
