Absolutely horrible place to live. Rent is high and they dont fix anything. RUN!!!!! Its hot outside and the AC unit is broke. They refuse to fix anything. We have black mold in our bathroom, not to mention other problems not addressed since 2018. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! Look at the reviews

Previous Management Company

It appears as if simple things are not being repaired. Holes in the roadway, signage ...not to mention the lighting is quite poor. What assurances would I have if something in the home needed fixing? What would be the incentive or timeline for management to do so?? Not to mention you have some very noisy residents/guests! How does that get addressed if I am selected to become a tenant?

Previous Management Company

We have had maintenance requests in since the day we moved in a year ago. They dont fix anything. The requests we put in keep getting closed out like they were finished but never actually were. We moved in in the summer and neither our AC nor our furnace worked. It took them 2 months to put in our AC unit, TWO MONTHS during June and July! We had so many fans and Window units to keep our place cool. They said they would replace our furnace when the winter came. Of course they took a month to get it to us and in the meantime they gave us a small radio sized space heater to warm us up. Our sliding door to our patio has a gap in between so insects get in all the time and it lets all the air out making it impossible to keep the apartment a real temperature. We had to literally tape the gap closed to help and that meant we couldnt even use our patio. Their solution after 9months of us calling and showing up to the office was to put a thin foam in between which still didnt allow us to open the door to use our patio! Every window just closes on its own. None will stay open. Every door doesnt shut all the way and closet doors wont stay on the tracks so you can only use one closet door and you have to push really hard to even open it. The pools havent been open in years. They dont have a laundry facility. The fitness center which is like 5 machines total and only 3 actually work is crappy and never cleaned. There is trash everywhere outside. People park in the middle of the street, even blocking cars in sometimes. Theres NEVER parking especially near your apartment. JUST DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Previous Management Company

Moved into Williamsburg in September, gave them the checklist of things that needed to be fixed. I was promised someone would be in my apartment all day fixing things. Multiple phone calls later its now December and still nothing has been fixed. Only thing they fixed was my dishwasher. Literally thats it. Nothing else. Move in day there were 2 dead birds in my closet. No one has been up to check it out yet, water leaks from my bathroom down to my kitchen that I have to clean up every time I shower. Now the water is lifting the tile off the floor. They cut a big hole in my kitchen where the water was leaking and never fixed the problem or patch up the hole, I pointed out the place needed new windows. The maintenance supervisor told me himself that the windows would be replaced and still nothing. my bathroom lights they cut on whenever they want to. . Its cold out now. Maintenance came in one da to fix my bathroom And they did nothing but dirty my bathroom up and they also turned my heat on and left all my lights on. I came home to my heat on 80 degrees and all my lights on as if I dont pay for electricity. I wouldnt recommend staying here unless I was a handy man/maintenance guy. Ive seen maintenance almost every other morning walking around in groups picking up trash but no one stops by my unit to make sure things are ok. Seriously you dont need 10 guys walking all together picking up 1 piece of trash in buckets. Honestly about to start looking for a new place to live. Please pay attention to the reviews before moving into an apartment complex. U can tell the real ones from the fake ones.
