These people will have the best customer service face and personality on when getting you to sign a lease but boy does that stop once the lease is signed. The unit was disgusting upon move in. The painting job they did was horrendous. It's like they gave a 5 year old a paint gun and told him to enjoy. Doors, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and so on all broken upon move in. It took months and months of bothering them to fix some of the stuff. They just slap band-aids on everything and call it good. There is mold all in the bathrooms and windows. They have moles in the yard and mice in units. Very young children are continuously left unattended to run around the parking lot. They will insist on doing an end of lease walk-through months before your lease ends to try and get you to sign a new lease. They will then refuse to do a moveout walk through but send you a final account statement for over $6,000 in "damages" that already existed upon move in.

Issues are fixed with the easiest and cheapest parts. Never right. They fail to mention youre locked into an insane cable bill and utilities are insane due to no insulation and antique windows. But spring and fall are great with the open windows and no screens. Managers change like traffic lights and they all say the same thing you have to give me a chance because Im new. Gated community except the gates never work and weve watched four arrests and a literal dumpster fire. Theyll rent to anyone as the apartments are long past needing renovating and are nasty.

Do not move here! I repeat, do not move here! Maintenance and management dont care about issues such as mice infestation, noise, control of neighbors, congregating outside of windows in front of the townhouse, ill repaired or shoddy repairs. You should avoid this property at all costs. They are not luxury townhomes. They may have been nice at one point, but there are so many issues, you would be doing yourself a disservice renting from them. I wish I could shout it from a mountaintop, but this is the best I can do to hopefully help others avoid renting from this place that is becoming more rundown as the years go by!

Since Amy has become the office manager, there has been major improvements and more coming! The townhomes are spacious and very nice having a fenced in back yard. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Me and my daughter have lived here from about 8 months at first it was a little iffy but met the new property manager and she seems very nice and happy to be here and excited about the changes she going to make to make this place a fun living area to live! Cant wait to see what she what she does to the place!
