It's difficult to maintenance to fix apartment problems.
They're starting to work on the property more (which is great) but for people who already live here that means the rent might go up... rent is already too expensive for the quality of the apartments. They're nice enough, but not for how much we pay... just little small things that are messed up about the apartment like outlets, or baseboards, or old toilets. My ceiling fell through all over my furniture and books, now its finished and looks weird in comparison to the rest of the ceiling. They also tore down the tree right next to my balcony and it was the best part of my apartment. When the ceiling fell, I then got to see that there is no insulation in the roof causing me to use more air conditioning/heat. The poop didnt open until a week or so after memorial day (May 28th) and it was closed before August was over. That means it was open a month maybe less which is a little ridiculous. The outside of the apartments towards the front of the complex seem okay, but once you get towards the back where I live its not as nice. The light outside my building doesnt work, the mail boxes are extremely old and rusty, and the paint is wearing off everywhere. The washer's and dryer's would be nice if they held more clothes per load (so bigger) because it cost $3 to do one load of laundry. Regardless of these things, anyone that I have spoken with that works at the property has been very nice and always wave to you as they drive by. Some neighbors are awful, but most are friendly. Like I said, they're currently renovating so maybe these things will change.I do enjoy living here for my first apartment and I have high hopes that this place will be looking even nicer than it does. *I also want to mention that any problems I've had they have addressed and fixed for me*
Manager is very unprofessional.
The complex is quiet and attractive with the surrounding trees. Landscaping and lawn care is done regularly. Maintenance requests are promptly attended to.
The staff in the office genuinely seems to care about their residents!
