Before I say anything else, I do want to clarify that the management team here consists of some very nice people. However, niceness doesn't make up for the dysfunction that makes itself evident on a daily basis. Communication between staff members, as well as with tenants, is apparently not a priority here. Getting told one thing by one person and something completely different by another person is common. Also, there have been multiple cases where issues have been brought up (excessive trash, cigarette butts, loud neighbors, dog feces everywhere, etc.) and have been glossed over with letters in our doors but no real action (or it takes months for them to sort things out). Certain members of the maintenance team are also very abrasive, loud, disrespectful, and slow to take action on time-sensitive issues. While a few of them are kind and timely, the team as a whole is very lackluster and ineffective at their jobs. Combine this with the lack of effective communication from the office staff and you have an essentially useless maintenance team that can't function properly even when they do try their hardest. The last thing that I want to bring up is the people that live here. Many of them are also loud, rude, trashy, and just terrible to live near. Stomping in the dead of night, loud music, litter everywhere, and dog feces not being picked up are what you'll be suffering from on a daily basis (that's just the tip of the iceberg but I digress). TL;DR: Just don't move here. Pick literally anything but this place. You're setting yourself up for failure and frustration if you do.

Lucy, the lease agent was very friendly and professional. She was very thorough and gave me a great overview and your. She was very prompt as well, in returning my initial call. Very impressed with her great customer service.

Ive been struggling with the office since I moved here two years ago. They only update what you see and dont put attention to much other detail. Ive been trying to get the laundry room properly cleaned for months and it still looks disgusting . Have had really bad ant problems before and struggle with dealing with the office Great location but definitely moving out as soon as I can

So far we've just moved here. Tall timbers IN Westchester . we are very happy SO nice. We seem to have a thermostat problem. And a small crack in the den window. But other than that. It's like HEAVEN COMPARED TO WERE WE COME FROM. WE REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE. I HOPE WE CAN STAY FOREVER. FIVE STARS..

I have lived here for going on 2 years and all my neighbors are nice the staff is more than accomodating and every maint. Requesr i have made has been handled in timely manner and with professionalism. The landscaping has increased and they are doing more things to the property.. way better than any apt i have ever lived in, i highly recommend it.
