Everyone in the office is very nice and make you feel welcome. All-around this place seems like a great place to live. I love the pictures of the grounds in the summer time

Great place to live and great amenities. There is a really beautiful pool and poolside lounge area.

This place and the people that work in the front office are a joke.Tenants are not priority their budget is.Been dealing with air conditioning issues for months yet it's not priority because it has to be in the budget.Hats off to the maintence crew that has to deal with this bs.I will be in contact with the Corp that owns this place.No excuses when your running an apartment complex.Your priority is your tenants!!!!Lots of other things going on that has taken months to fix and still haven't been taken care of.Next on the list will be the Health Department.Very sad with the cash flow that rolls through this place.I hope they get their prioritys together before it's costing you millions....

In December 2018, I made a maintenance request to repair a leaking ceiling. I was told that the weather was bad and they would need to contact a roofer. Okay, I understand. I made another request in February 2019 and got the same answer. Okay, the weather was bad, I understand. I put in my notice in April 2019 and moved in June. They NEVER repaired the ceiling. It was total embarrassment having family and friends over and seeing this mess. By the way, there were some good spring dry days between April and June. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In addition, in the spring there were ants all over the apartment. Repairs are always marked completed even before they enter the apartment. Extremely disappointed. If youre looking for a nice place to live, pass this one up.
