I love living at the Reserve. My only complaint would be that for some reason, smells travel easily on my floor and the hallways sometimes smell strongly of whatever someone is cooking in other apartments (not a good smell!)

The Reserve is an elegant, 15-story tower built in 1927 in Downtown Cincinnati's West Fourth Street Historic District. Formerly the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, this impressive, neo-Renaissance building is now well situated for a unique urban lifestyle. Located on the southwest corner of Fourth and Race, you will enjoy the energy of Downtown Cincinnati day or night and live an easy walk away from work, nightlife, museums and major league baseball and football events. HISTORY In 1979 the West Fourth Street Historic District was included on the National Register of Historic Places, highlighting this structure as an excellent example of Second Renaissance Revival architecture with works by well-known architects Gustave W. Drach and Samuel Hannaford. History and luxury merge as The Reserve is refashioned into contemporary apartments and lofts while preserving its historical significance and distinguished charm.
