Pam at the office does not care about the residents. They allow homeless people to sleep in their cars in the parking lots. So no care about theft in the complex. Nothing is ever taken seriously by Pam. The cost of living is not worth what the facility includes. Pool is closed often during the summer and communication does not exist between the staff. You are not giving warning when they enter your apt and office gets upset when you ask for notice

The monthly rent amount showing on Apartment Guide are no where near what I was quoted, the difference was $500-$800 more.And an application was required costing $50 before the available units were mentioned. I should have called first and didnt.

The views of each living area appear to be spacious and cozy. I especially love the fact that there are both a pool as well as an exercise/workout facility. I am looking forward to a personal visit because I am anxious to see for myself what The Pines has to offer! Looks great so far.

My family has lived at the Reserve at the Pines for 9 years. The staff if awesome and are there when I need them. Maintenance staff is top notch. Management is always updating the facility to insure safety and to keep the property appealing and well functioning.

This is an awesome, hassle-free, responsive, safe and great environment to live. I have been living here for over 5 years now and the staff has been super responsive for all problems, keep things clean, shovel snow on time, salt on time and mainly keeping us abreast of what is happening in the neighborhood as well.
