They will not have you sign a lease until you are about to move in so there is no legal contract saying you have an apartment. You can contact them by email, phone, and in person and still not get a response. It takes threatening to not move in to get an answer. Junisha lies straight to peoples faces and will not respond. Junisha will also retaliate and be very rude to you and withhold your money that she stated was refundable. DO NOT MOVE HERE

If there was a way to put no stars I would. I have lived here for a year and a half. Recently the wall in my shower started crumbling insode and the tiles came off the wall. The inner wall is saturated and black mold is oozing out of the subway tiles. I told management 3 weeks ago. They came a week and a half ago. Looked at the bag I put over the wall and left. Said they'd be back Friday the following week. Friday comes. Another guy sbows up. Late. And says they will be out next wednesday. David refuses to be of help. He is the worst apartment manager I have ever met. He is not professional. He doesn't run a tight ship. He doesn't run a ship at all. DO NOT RENT HERE! MAINTENANCE SUCKS. MANAGEMENT SUCKS! THE VIEW IS NOT WORTH THE B.S.

This place has seen many upgrades in the past year. It is on the golf course I cant wait to get in. The wait list is not too long.

Please dont move here!!!! I just finished signing my lease and moving everything in when I realized my apartment was INFESTED with roaches. Water damage and molding had occurred in the cabinets and the people before us said when it rains the bathroom floods. Trying to get out of the lease now but save your money while you can! Management is very nice but the place needs a lot of work and a lot of careless people live there for anything to happen.

This place is horrible. Infested in roaches and mold, along with water damage. Stay away from here.
