Extremely out dated for the price, but seems like a nice community
I came into the commons for leasing info! Alyssa offered me a tour which I thought was wonderful! I went on the tour and I was given lots of helpful information. The community is beautiful and I would love to live here. I am not wanting to move till June. Alyssa said she would call as soon as she knows what will be open for that time. I also spoke with Jerrie and she was very nice! I can tell that I will love living here.
The Commons office has some very understanding staff and I havent had any issues with the neighborhood itself but their maintenance team is trash. I came home to a bat flying in my apartment, which was locked, and was told that it wasnt an emergency and that no one was coming out to help. This was only relayed to me after 3 phone calls and half an hour waiting outside in the cold with just my coat and phone. Prior to this incident, I was without heat and after calling the after hour maintenance line ended up having to spend a night in the freezing cold because no one thought it important enough to call back and no one was sent until a couple days later. Needless to say my apartment is still cold at 75 degrees. I am a firm believer that everyone should be comfortable in their own home and I currently am not if rodents/pests can get into my apartment even when windows and doors are locked and the people who I pay monthly maintenance fees dont see it as an issue nor emergency. Nothing has been done to rectify the situation except for apologies and them conducting "pow wows" with staff to make sure these incidents don't happen again. I do plan on finding a new apartment once my lease is up.
