I came in to tour an apartment and it was beautiful. The people in the office were very professional and helpful! I can not wait to move in to my apartment!

Terrible maintenance tub has been. Stopped up 4 times each time they took weeks to come fix it ,each time it sat so long it collected mold don't move here

the community never called. I called them and there was no availability for 3 bedrooms

I think these apartments are very nice and affordable. And it's a great community!!

I was moved in without being able to physically see my apartment. There was ample time they were still working on my place up until I moved in. They left my kitchen and bathroom completely dirty. They left equipment in my home and a big whole in my bathroom door. There was some type of unexplained matter left on my carpet that was never removed. My brother had to physically do his best to get as much up of it as possible. It smelled like wet dog. I was advised to purchase carpet odor cleaner for pets and I never had a pet. I put a work order in to get everything fixed. Management changes so much they do not have a solid crew available for maintenance. They sent a nice and friendly work to help, but he was not equipped with the right tools he replaced my bathroom door, but he never closed because it was not the correct size. The kitchen is extremely small barely enough room to fit two people in comfortably. The only thing I did like about the apartment was my bedroom it was spacious and the closet was big. The living room and dining room was spacious. Management is not very helpful and they are not equipped to handle units of that size.
