Thatcher Flats

Thacher Flats is the first of two phases of an affordable housing development in Walnut Hills. The first phase will create 50 high-quality affordable 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes across two buildings, including amenity space with a management office, community room, laundry facility, modern fitness center, and more. The development builds upon the growth and change that Walnut Hills is experiencing, while also preserving the opportunity for housing affordability in the rapidly changing neighborhood. Residents will have quick access to local amenities in the Walnut Hills neighborhood, and quick access to downtown Cincinnati, Over-the-Rhine, and the northern and eastern suburbs.
