It is in a great location as far as walking to school, and for getting on both interstates. The apartments are spacious. The parking is good, it is even plowed when there is snow. The price is amazingly affordable and wifi and cable are included!
It is a spacious apartment, besides the kitchen, and gets the job done for the rent. I chose this place because of how many utilities they included in rent, which was a plus.
However, there were a few issues I had with screens on our windows flying off, and maintenance never fixed them after asking multiple times. My roommate and I moved out early at the end of spring term since we were done with school. Management proceeded to move another tenant in a month before our lease expired because they knew this information. They still charged us full price for our last month of rent, and we never received our security deposit back, even though they did not fulfill their part of a final walk through after we moved out.
There are pluses to this place, but don't expect it to be 5 star. I am thoroughly disappointed with the management and their actions toward the end of my lease. It would be worth your time to look at other places before settling for here.
Apartments are mostly filled with UC students with a few older adult tenants. Management is trying to update building but they have a lot of work to do. Free cable and internet are great pluses. Living on the bottom of very steep hill is a struggle if you relay on public transportation or walking.
It'S Often Loud. Part Of The Neighborhood. I Don'T Mind Much. When I Moved In The Refrigerator Door Handle Was Broken. It Was Glued With An Apoxy Not Strong Enough To Hold The Material & Keep Up With The Everyday Use. In A Short Amount Of Time, It Had Broken Again And I Was Treated As If I Were Mishandling The Handle. The Security Doors Are Often Broken.
