Excellent over all but in the last Fe months. There has been an issue with flooding in the lobby had to go through several inches of water but it is still a great place to live
Great staff, every issue we had was resolved in a timely fashion.
Overall, this is a nice and quiet place to live. Some bathroom and kitchen appliances could use an update. The location is convenient to the city with great views.Residents paying extra to live in a unit with a balcony were not given a lower rent rate after they were removed.The staff are extremely nice and accommodating but seem to be a bit overworked. The biggest problem is that there have been at least 3 rent increases in a sheet time frame. Water costs are entirely too expensive!
Amenities are great. I would love wifi in the gym room
No one has got back to me about this apartment. I am still waiting.
