The rent is high community is pretty clean. Office staff is really nice although their organizational skills need work. I have not been recieving my mail due to my name not being on my mail box per the mail delivery person. My water bill seems pretty high and I'm not home that much and water leaks. Lease states they pay gas and they don't.

Thank you for the feedback. If you are having problems receiving your mail, please contact the Leasing Office. We have heat paid options (buildings that run on a boiler system) and apartments that have their own furnaces (gas is paid by the resident). The Utility and Services Addendum of your lease agreement contains this information.

I have been living in montana valley apartments for over three years now (currently in my fourth). Montana valley is a great value considering all what you get for the price! Location is close to UC and downtown (10 min each not during rush hour). The units have central heat/AC, and many come with washer dryer hook up. It is also on the 51 busline (crosstown route). The management has always been very nice and addresses any maintenance issues in a timely fashion. I am very happy with my decision to live here and would absolutely do it again!

These reviews freak me out! For the prices they charge,people should get top notch living. You wouldn't see reviews this bad in the suburbs. Westwood seems to be going down hill!!! Come on roach infestation,noisy neighbors,trash? Paying over $800.00 I do not think so!!! Those reviews are horrific and most likely true. Slow maintenance,and rent increases for what? Montana Valley seems to think they're located in Westchester!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

We had multiple issues during our 1.5year stay at Montana Vally apartments including incredibly noisy neighbors, electrical outlets that didn't work, light fixtures worked on and off, roach infestation, leaking toilet. Previous renters destroyed the carpet with animal urine/feces. Carpet was replaced prior to our move in but it continued to smell bad.
