Skip this one. You can thank me later! Lived there for a year and it was a fiasco from the start. They didn't honor the "move in specials" they constantly promote. Said it ended before I got there yet the ENTIRE time I lived there, they had signs out front "Move-in Specials". Forced cable/internet package for $130. Forced "Valet" trash + normal trash fees totaling $89.75. Admin fee $12.88, Common Electric $6. When they sold me, they led me to believe these were optional services! Don't forget about the $28.88 (x2 start & end) fee for the service you have to subscribe to so you can PAY YOUR RENT ONLINE! Or the $490 Administrative fee & $50 application fees when applying! They showed me an apartment fully renovated with vinyl flooring in all areas except the bedrooms where there was carpet, yet I got one that still had the crappy carpet everywhere except kitchen & bathroom. I didn't look closely at the cabinets - painted over wood that chips off. Cabinets with some cheap coating on them that also chips off with normal use. The Connor Group reps are a joke. Will tell you wherever you want to hear to get you to sign. Ask them to provide their written rental criteria. Ask them to provide the detailed list of charges each month! You can find a much nicer place for what they charge somewhere else.

I lived here for two years. The program they use for paying your rent is terrible. They combine rent and utilities.you never know what you will be paying each month. In short, leasing office staff is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

I recently moved in and so far I love it. Disregarding all the reviews I took a chance and Im so happy I did my kids and I love it here. The office staff is amazing,Brandi and Miranda go out there way to make sure things get done and that I understand.

Worst management group. But I never saw such a worst apartment like McCauly Crossing. There nothing good with this community. Its too worst, with so many problems and nothing will be resolved. No play area for kids. Only 1 Tennis court which was never cleaned and it is full of mud and dirt and No lights. My 3 years old kid fell down many times while playing there, because there is no play area for children. You feel horrible there. If it rains you can't step into it. There is play area for Dogs and you may feel better if you have pets. The leasing office will just listen to your problems but none will be resolved to 100%. You will regret if you listen the words of Leasing office. My friends was saying this before I join, but now i really feel that regretting by paying so much money than them. Once you pay the money or the sign lease then you will regret daily. In addition to your rent every month they make you to pay 140$ for Internet as mandatory connection and every month 70$ for Thrash itself. I want to give 0 star if that is available.
