Knolls Apartments

Constantly going up on the rent and changing the terms of your lease but we haven't been able to use the pool for 2 years!!! First they decided to charge us for parking spots. Then they decided to increase the renters insurance personal liability, with the emphasis on water coverage. Ohhh the water is ALWAYS being shutoff AND they always have a pipe that needs to be repaired. The apartments are not worth the money and it's very frustrating that they expect us to pay them more and we can't even use the pool! Make it make sense

I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment. Move in day probably July.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Ive lived here for almost 3 years now and the pool (part of the amenities youre paying for) doesnt work and it seems there is no intention to fix it. Also the water bill here is ridiculous due to the fact they and the water company were incompetent and werent billing correctly so now the tenants have to pay for it. Oh and expect to not have water once a month for a day or 2 because of a new broken pipe Rookwood is an absolute joke and shouldnt own any complexs at this point. Never had issues until they became the owners.

I wish I didnt give this horrible place a star, Dont Move here, Water bill is 179.00 a month, trash everywhere, pool been down for two years, my husbands car got broken into, nothing gets fix, the property manager Melissa just lies constantly, parking is a nightmare,, I know when my neighbor is doing laundry because my living room floor shakes, packages in the office getting stolen, Im so excited about moving out this horrible complex this month, dont waste your time or money you will be very unhappy here.

First, I have not had any issues with roaches or theft BUT the apartments are definitely not worth the money that they are charging. I live in a remodeled apartment and the floors are not even leveled. You can hear every move the person makes above you. You can definitely tell that they just threw the remodeled apartments together. The apartment foundation is not right. One of my cabinets look as if it's leaning forward. Forreal they probably should get there money back from the contractors. They are not worth what they are charging at all! The parking spots are not worth $25 either. They are so small that my neighbor and I have a hard time parking in our spots at the same time. We both have to squeeze out of our doors in order to get out of our cars. I can't believe they have the nerve to charge for it. The community is pretty nice and quiet though but I will definitely be moving. I'd rather pay this rent somewhere that is worth it.

Dont waste your money! High monthly water bills , lack of good maintenance, trash all over property, management not truthful. Doors locked with no intercom for guest or food delivery, and special mail packages. Little to no parking . With rent hikes new people only stay a year and then move .
