Kensington Park

Ive lived here a little under a year, and I have no complaints! Very nice place to live, great neighborhood, overall happy! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept.

I am really BAFFLED by any negative reviews!! I have been living here for over 8 YEARS and I had loved being a resident here! Sadly, it is time for me to move on so I am moving out soon but I would recommend this apartment complex (and have) to anyone! The area is great, the grounds are beautiful (especially the lake), and the amenities are amazing (the pools, exercise room, and business center)! But...the star of this property has to be the maintenance crew and the office staff! They are so friendly, personable, and professional. The maintenance staff make it their mission to get to know all the residents and they make you feel safe and comfortable when they have to enter your unit. They respond quickly to request and follow up with you to make sure everything is working well! The head of maintenance, Jimmy, is truly a gem and Chris and Valter are remarkable! They all always greet me and my dog (lol) whenever they see us. LaVena (leasing consultant) is super helpful, humble, and a beautiful presence in the office. Bob and Claudia are so friendly and helpful as well and I have personally seen Bob walking around the complex picking up trash and making sure the grounds are kept looking nice! The only reason I didn't give this property five stars is because the units need a little updating if they are going to be considered luxury...like updated cabinets and appliances. However, my apartment was nice and I loved my fireplace and patio! I will truly miss living here and only hope the new place I am going to makes me feel this at home...

Kensington Park was a nice place to live for a bit. The leasing office and maintenance staff we're helpful. They were busy, but helped me out when I needed it. The area in Forest Park was a nice community, too. Overall, a good place to spend some time.

The management and maintenance teams are both amazing to work with. They were always prompt and helpful. The grounds were well kept and area very quiet. I enjoyed living in the community and recommend to others.

It was a nice community. Pretty quiet. My only complaint is my apartment was a little outdated (kitchen, bathroom) for the price!

I truly have enjoyed my experience here. I Love the way they get right on top of any problems. I like our repair men they're very nice and helpful. Bob is a good Manager. He's willing to work with you and help you in any way he can. I do wish we had.more events, parties and maybe even a game night. The place is Well kept. I Love it.
