I want to say that the new maintenance man Aaron is amazing. He makes sure that everything that was placed on the work order is done correctly. Previously the maintenance man "jimmy rigged" things, left things undone. I rarely call for maintenance to my apartment but this week I had to place a work order because the Air Conditioner was leaking major water and I didn't want the carpet to mold he came right in and noticed that the air conditioner hasn't been maintained in years so he replaced it with a new one....no more leaking!!! He also fixed the bathroom sink that hasn't been right after it was "Jimmy rigged"...No more issues. And lastly, Last winter I had a Mole Rat come through the wall behind the sink and it had chewed through the hose on the dishwasher and he is fixing it now. I truly appreciate someone who genuinely cares about working smarter not harder. What would really be nice would be to have the Maintenance Man Aaron live onsite so if the tenants need him he will be right here. Just a suggestion. He (Aaron) is very professional and a very nice young man. Personality is A100%

Don't do it the units are overpriced, parking sucks, very small and management doesn't act on things immediately.
