    At first this place seemed way to good to be true, unfortunately I was right there was black mold in one bedroom and that rooms closet and anytime there was any amount of rain my side fort would flood my living room. Half the time I ended up fixing whatever problems I could because management would you my personal tools to fix things instead of having a maintenance man. Neighbors were beyond rude and always wanting up in your business even if you were working six days a week and never home. I highly dont recommend this place

    Don't move here. It is not well managed or kept up. Residents are jerks and have no respect for others. Management treat residents like they should be lucky to live here.

    It is a decent place. We have had a little trouble with bad neighbors but it is safe and clean. The management is a little slow but they have fixed the problems in our apartment.
