Same issue as the reviewer who made an appointment and the person was a no show. This was after almost a year of being told that there were no units available to show - despite advertisements to the contrary - and receiving a call out of the blue this month. Building itself had exposed wires on the outside and a gaping hole where an A/C unit used to be at the time of my visit. 600/mo seems a little steep.
never heard back
Really not a great place for what you pay for. I regret moving in here and the neighbors are a little sketchy. Its not the ghetto , as in youll be relatively safe, but for $600 a month, you should have a higher quality than this. The way they treat you as a tenant is pretty rude. I wouldnt live here if I knew what I knew now.
I lived at the hamilton house for 2 years. It was a great place to live. Very quiet, great maintence an landlady at that time and very homey. The apartment itself was big, i lived on the 3rd floor and loved looking out the windows. There was plenty of closet space as well. If i could live there again i would.
Went for a showing they never came. Waste of time. Door was unlocked not safe
