We moved in the GANTRY in December, I'm still excited about my new community. We've visited some of the eateries on Hamilton , and yet we still have so many more to explore Rob and I stumbled into the Chameleon the other night and had a chance to see live stand up! Now that in itself is Amazing! Naomi and Alexis are absolutely so helpful polite and perfessional . The apartment is more beautiful than you could ever imagine in person . Everything about it is perfect the space nice size bathroom. The warm color pilot's match so well with my decor the space is so cozy and quaint I must say I that there is so much parking on Street as well as the lot works perfectly for my busy schedule . I must say I can go on and on because I love it here. So convenient near downtown minutes away from my job Northside has really shown me thus far that it's a jewel placed in the center of Cincinnati. I've since then joined the Northside Bank and look forward to partaking in everything my community has to offer me

They stereotype you, and put you in a category. They feel you can't afford luxury living. That too much to pay for apartment any way. You might as well by a house

We were bait and switched by, the leasing agent. Put in a handicap unit that was nothing like what we toured. Lacking space, storage, and the proper height for non wheelchair users. The property manager claims she had no clue this unit was even in the building until that day. Hmmm, ok...?!?! Its extremely noisy. Stomping from neighbors above, loud slamming doors and never ending street traffic. Parking is an issue bc many non authorized vehicles and rental equipment take up all the spaces. You would think this would discourage the rental manager from taking up 2-3 spaces with her vehicles but it doesnt. The cleaning crew sprays the strongest, toxic, air freshener throughout the hallways every week and it seeps into my apartment leaving me with a pounding headache and a lack of smell taste. Beer cans, puke, and milk splatter can be found throughout the hallways. Somewhat like a gross frat-house. All of these issues and more have been brought to managements attention yet none have been rectified.

These apartments were my first choice when it came to moving out of my house. I have always wanted a place that was modern but that also had some edge to it. This was my first choice
