I moved in this past June. The management has been amazing. They have been finalizing a lot of new upgrades to areas of the building. I had some maintenance issues (normal wear and tear type things) and made a service request. Things were addressed the very same day. I could not believe it.
What's more, the community there is like none other. Moving here as I adjust to Cincinnati and decide where I want to live in the area is a decision I will not regret. I cannot say enough great things about 4th & Plum.
convenient location. Well maintained. Staff friendly, accessible and helpful.
Terrible property management, the worst I have ever had downtown. Unresponsive, unprofessional.
If you want to enjoy where you live look past the amenities they push up front because they do not care about their residents at all.
Strong staff doing well during tough times.Great promise for the future.
This place is horrible. Incredibly disgusting living environment with construction daily and no regard for current residents. The construction is so loud and you can never escape it. Extremely dirty and pitiful conditions. The construction will take years to complete as they are individually renovating each apartment as current tenants leave. The crews leave the spaces dirty and don't clean up after themselves. They work weird hours and scream at each other as they are breaking down the interiors of the apartments. The hallways smell awful. The staff doesn't care about anything you say. You are throwing your money down the drain if you choose to move here. Fourth and Construction Zone is not livable and should be shut down until renovations are complete.
