The only positives about this complex is the maintenance team & the old manager. The office is now open maybe 2-3 days a week which is inconvenient for working individuals , and I get the sense that the new manager rather be doing something else. I couldnt tell you what the lady looks like shes never around. The apartments are horrid. Theyre small , cheap paint that scratches off as you brush up against your wall, drafty in the winter from improperly sealed window units, basement apartments leak when raining, and there has been a recent infestation in my home of roaches and proceeded an unknown source of ants. This just isnt worth the money but luckliky for them it was convenient. Talk to residents before you make this your home. Also the parking is horrible !!

I am a current resident and have lived here for one year. I will renew my lease in May. This community is really a hidden gem. Clean, quiet , beautiful community. Maintenance and management are wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend if you looking to live near Oakley, Hyde Park area. I am moving my elderly mother here in the spring.

The pros are that the apartments are located in a nice quiet area that's close to the highway, stores and the up and coming Oakley/Hyde Park areas. It's centrally located so it's pretty close to everything in the Cincinnati area. Kilgour is the community school and it's a really good school. In addition to Kilgour it's close to John P. Parker and other schools in the community. The cons are that the parking is really REALLY bad. People don't clean up after there dogs. The apartment it not properly sealed so it's super hot in the summer, cold in the winter and bugs get in your house on a regular bases. There's a HUGE roach, centipede and bed bug issue which I have NEVER dealt with before moving here. No matter how many times they treat they always come back. There's no storage areas and the laundry is expensive. I have literally spent about 20 dollars on two to three regular loads and they never dry completely. Corporate also was very understanding during Covid-19. Overall, it's less expensive then the other, new apartments in the area which is great for those who need an apartment but can't afford 1300 plus for a studio but it's cheaper for a reason.

It's nice and quiet. Not far from 71 expressway. No pool for the price. Not enough parking. If you plan on using the outside grills provided there is no cover to keep you out the sun or rain.
