The right apartment location can mean the difference between a good place and a great place. Nestled between Oakley and Hyde Park, on the Red Bank Corridor, Centennial Station is a great place! This community is close to Hyde Park Square and Kenwood Towne Center, as well as recreational activities at Cincinnati Sports Club. And that's not all - you're close to downtown Cincinnati with its theaters, restaurants and clubs. Come see the "wow" factor in every room with granite breakfast bar and foyer, nine foot or vaulted ceilings, brushed nickel hardware, and a delicious custom color scheme of beige chiffon walls with vanilla crown molding and six panel doors. Integrated alarm system and plantation-style blinds shelter your privacy. Pre-wired home office-ready for fun or function! You are cordially invited...to fall in love!
Our lease terms are: 3 months to 18 months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).
I lived here for two years, it was an amazing place to live. Awesome property managers and community. Pet friendly environment. Highly recommended for young professionals.
I would not recommend living here. If I could give them no stars I would. I went to the clubhouse for my daughters graduation at which time I was told that I would have access to the pool and the entire outdoor section. After sending out invites instructing everyone that there will be a pool available I was later notified that the pool would not be available and only one section of the outdoor deck would be available. Now I have to go back and re-send invitations and tell all of my guests the bad news. I think this is poor business and employees should be trained properly prior to giving information to consumers. I would not recommend this business. In addition the manager was not very friendly and not willing to assist or make any additional accommodations after I have been given bad that information..
