I don't normally leave reviews but I really liked this place. There is a nice opening that is shaded by trees and overlooks the pool. You don't find that in Clifton anymore! The place is right next to a nice community park and only a couple blocks from campus. The manager (Lisa) was so sweet. I had so many questions and she answered every one. She made me feel like this could be the place for me. I was impressed that she was talking to current tenants, using their first names. Several tenants interacted with Lisa and were super friendly. That says a lot about an apartment community!! If I am accepted to UC, I will be staying here!

I lived in one of the apartments for 3 years and absolutely loved it! Very clean, Ern was great he was one of the maintenance guys and showed up quick when I needed him. Neighbors were so nice and friendly. If I didn't have to relocate for my job I would have stayed there longer! I will definitely miss Lisa the property manager as well!! Highly recommend!!!

Looking forward to being a resident and enjoy the wonderful amenities that your place offers. I am just wondering if they have senior friendly units that we dontbhave to climb stairs. Since you have four floors, do you have an elevator?

I signed a short term lease for 3 months. Management would not refund the deposit claiming that I should have given them a MONTH notice. Obviously when I rented, my intention was to stay for three months only, which is a 3 months notice. Yet, I confirmed the same verbally after moving in. Furthermore, the apartment was so dirty when I moved in. Would never recommend to anyone.

Great apartment. Quiet and close to campus. Enjoyed the pool in the summers I lived here. Nice management to work with.
