I'm looking forward to moving in, Angie and Miranda have been very helpful with all my questions and the place is very nice inside and out.
Thank you :)
So so so so dirty all the time for 1200 a month
Its a nice property and may seem like a nice place but dont be fooled. The management is all around useless and will not address any issues. Its dog friendly. However, many of the residents who live there apparently dont feel the need to clean up after their dogs. While living there, I along with other residents would complain about the pet waste issue and nothing was ever done. At one point there was dog feces all over the side walk and the property manager had to audacity to say she would need to check it out for herself, acting like I was blowing it out of proportion or even lying. Management even sent out emails saying if you see someone not cleaning up after their dog then report them but never directly addressed the issue when it came down to it. Also a heavy police presence but not in a good way. Residents on the top floor would frequently be arrested for domestic violence yet management did nothing about them living there. At one point on of the residents would lurk around the halls and pass out in the common room when his significant other would lock him out. The place is just an all around mess and honestly not worth the money given the poor management and lousy location in Eastgate.
