Despite the high cost, the quality of construction and maintenance at this apartment complex is poor, and the amenities are subpar. While the complex initially appeared dog-friendly with a dog park and dog wash, these amenities are not properly maintained. The walls throughout the apartment are uneven, making it challenging to align shelves or TV mounts properly. Additionally, our restroom sink has had a slow leak for months due to improper tightening during construction. The flooring has gaps, which can be dangerous since socks can get stuck to the floor, creating a tripping hazard. The dog wash is rarely cleaned, and as a result, my pups most likely contracted ringworm from washing them here. Furthermore, there are frequent power outages that have damaged some of my electronics, and during these outages, it's impossible to leave the apartment with my car. The garage gates also fail to work half the time. Additionally, the rear door and gates become non-functional in cold weather, creating a life-threatening hazard. My partner was once stuck outside, and another resident's partner had to climb the fence to avoid freezing because of the faulty electronic locks. The podcast room is nothing like they described when selling us on this place; there are even echoes in there, which is insane for what's supposed to be a properly sound-treated room. To add to these issues, the management lied to me about the base internet speed, stating that it was 300mbps when it was only 100mbps wired. Instead of correcting the problem, they edited the paperwork to reflect the slower speed and provided no compensation. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The poor construction and maintenance, subpar amenities, and unresponsive management have made my experience here dreadful.

They will use you as guinea pigs here. Your apartment may be brand new but it may very well be one of the many that look clean and shiny on the surface, but then your heating stops working, brand new sinks will leak and cause damages to your belongings, your computers for work will shut off from a power surge despite you only having a devices running. Certainly should be enough for a "luxury apartment". You'll find yourself locked out in a -4 degree snow storm because your ONE and only key card you are given decides not to work. Then, you'll hear of other tenants experiencing the same, one even going the lengths of jumping a fence to escape being trapped in the apartments backyard. The leasing agents will ignore your complaints, if you get verbally assaulted or attacked by another dog? Well, gosh, I hope you don't expect the apartment to help you in any way shape or form. And lastly, if you are disabled, absolutely AVOID this place. It is the least accessible building I have seen in my entire life. You may find yourself being the target of random evictions without proof or probable cause, you may find yourself being a target for being young and presumably unaware of your rights. They also lied to everyone saying the building in construction would only be two stories high, but it's actually 4 stories and blocks many peoples views and may have been a deciding factor whether they'd even choose this apartment or not. Two star hotels will have much better service, RUN.

Its advertised as a non-smoking but its not. You can perceive all types of smoke in the hallways and surprisingly inside your apartment. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors cough. Work Oder takes a couple of days to be acted upon. I once submitted a work order for my heater that wasnt working at the start of winter and it took 3 days for it to be fixed. I was left in the cold. They dont care. Find somewhere where you will get your moneys worth.
