Great care in picking up and disposing if litter left on lawns and roadways. Excellent landcaping and snow removal services. Roadways marked and maintained to a high standard. The building exteriors are maintained to higher standard than most communitieis this size.

Someone shot 23-year-old Quimontre Dixon in the chest at about 11 p.m. in the parking lot of Aspen Village Apartments on Erlene Drive. Google that. We were really excited about moving here- It actually had a dishwasher & the price was right. We talked to Tracey W. about a credit issue before we applied. She reassured us if credit was the issue it would likely be waived through their program. We have a guarantor lined up that makes 15k a month; and said that was an option if needed. We mentioned the guarantor 3 times and were still pointed to complete the application with every implication from Tracey saying we had a good chance, and could easily work with them for anything that comes up. We applied, & were rejected. The online system wouldn't accept our uploaded documents. We managed to talk to Tracey again and email the missing information. The application was rerun. Our Earnest money was accepted. The application rejected again. A rejection email stating the earnest money would be returned, and a letter would be mailed arrived. Tracey said they can't do anything, they can't accept a guarantor when contacted. They failed to reveal that even with a guarantor you need to pass the same qualifications, making the guarantor useless. Why didn't they tell us before, we wouldn't have applied. I visited a realtor & pulled my entire tenant screening before we applied. I have a 642 with 3 open accounts that are paid off, 0 Late payments, and 6 collections from a near fatal hospitalization in 2017 that falls off in a few months. No Criminal, Perfect Rental, No Bankruptcy, No Evictions. Everything else is clear. I hope this helps save someone else time and money. The staff was wonderful when you come to look; Once you're rejected they change into reluctant high school children that can't give any answers, with an attitude problem.

Been living here for a while. The cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms were outdated then but I took apartment because I was told if I paid extra (which I didnt mind doing) that they would be replaced. After moving in it all changed.disappointed but lease was signed at that point.
