Its quite and clean with amazing apartment layouts. The staff is nice and professional. Love having easy access to everything around from food to stores. From having a pool and gym to the washer and drys in the apartment it is perfect here.

The greatest place I’ve found what a blessing the management and maintenance I have experienced. Trish Anna in office have made my apartment experience so wonderful and Rick, Robert, and Dalton show the greatest level of maintenance and are working diligently to improve the community. I feel like family can’t say enough good things

I have never lived someplace that cared so little for it's customers. In the last year alone, my unit had 4 leaks that required multiple revisits every other month to fix. Had mold in BOTH closets, that we were told WE had to clean because maintenance does not clean mold. Our AC leaked onto an active outlet and we were told the AC is old and they would not hire someone to replace it, so we had to either not use it or manage the mess. The crew THEY hired damaged walls, the front window, caused the leaks, and ripped an outlet off the wall leaving a huge hole to the outside. Legal action had to be threatened for them to even come take a look at issues, let alone fix half of them. Your management team is, in lack of better words, the most ill-trained, ill-fit, and downright rudest people, I have ever had the displeasure to meet. Fix all those issues and Arbors of Montgomery could be a very nice place to live.
