They got the information right back me that needed. Unfortunately I cant live there, its beyond my budget. But it is beautiful place, I recommend it highly

Centrally located in beautiful Northside, a top place to live. Clean and always maintained, you cant do any better in the Sri-State area.

I loved living at The American Can Building. The first time I walked into that building I knew I wanted to live there. The charm of this building begins in the lobby area, where it is both modern and historic. My apartment was on the 5th floor and had an amazing view of spring grove avenue. Ill miss watching those sunrises from the comfort of my sofa.

The apartments are beautiful. The location is optimal. Close to major highways, downtown/OTR, and downtown Northside.

American Can Lofts

There is no place like Northside and no place to live like the American Can Lofts. Located just off Hamilton Avenue, residents are within an easy walk to great restaurants, a drug store, unique boutiques and one of the oldest hardware stores in the city (if Ace Glass and Hardware doesn't have it, you probably don't need it). One of a kind shops like Shake It Records, The Northside Tavern, The Comet, Melt, Take the Cake and Honey (restaurant) are right next door. The American Can Lofts offer green living spaces unlike any other to be found in Cincinnati. These New York style spaces are large, light filled and contemporary. This renovated factory is a new, modern energy efficient building within a vibrant urban neighborhood.
