    What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Centerville

There is a park nearby. A person can walk to a shopping center. . I feel very safe. Younger families are moving into the neighborhood.

That its close enough to local businesses to be accessible but also far enough away from all of the noise.

its just a nice quiet place to leave, lots of places to eat, stores around, friendly people, everyone watches out for each other

Slightly above average price of housing. Single family homes. Relatively older residents on average. Not too near busily travelled roads. Not too near schools. Not too near commercial businesses. Not too near bus stops. Quite. Different restaurants and stores relatively close. Most places can be gotten to in under 30 minutes.

People actually talk to each other and have them over. Conveniently located to banks, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, parks and highways. Having neighborhood cookouts

Close to lots of shopping, schools, activities, parks. Lots of friends for kids nearby and is safe for them to go to friends' houses by themselves.
