its just a nice quiet place to leave, lots of places to eat, stores around, friendly people, everyone watches out for each other

Not too near bus stops. Quite. Different restaurants and stores relatively close. Most places can be gotten to in under 30 minutes.

People actually talk to each other and have them over. Conveniently located to banks, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, parks and highways. Having neighborhood cookouts

Close to lots of shopping, schools, activities, parks. Lots of friends for kids nearby and is safe for them to go to friends' houses by themselves.
