There is a park nearby. A person can walk to a shopping center. . I feel very safe. Younger families are moving into the neighborhood.

That its close enough to local businesses to be accessible but also far enough away from all of the noise.

its just a nice quiet place to leave, lots of places to eat, stores around, friendly people, everyone watches out for each other

Close to lots of shopping, schools, activities, parks. Lots of friends for kids nearby and is safe for them to go to friends' houses by themselves.
