I really enjoy Washington Place apartments but the only problem I have is the stop sign there at the corner of Motter Lane and Monica Drive - residents that are driving down Motter Lane to leave the complex DO NOT stop at that stop sign. I have been attempting to turn left at times and have almost been hit because no one stops.
Management staff has been professional and courteous.
Clean, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Only complaint is the apartment that's had a big ugly POD out front for weeks. Real eyesore
When I moved in, I was amazed at how clean everything was. Normally when I move in somewhere new, I have to completely clean everything before I unpack. I didn't have to do that here! The staff is great and very friendly. Also, as a young woman living by myself, I've always felt very safe living here.
I love it here. The only draw back is the monthly charge for pets. I think it is a terrible policy and needs to be eliminated. A once up front charge is the norm, not a monthly charge.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
