We had the pleasure of working with Chelsea and her team in the process of renting a 3 bedroom townhouse! Chelsea and her team were so very accommodating, professional and did everything they could to make the whole process smooth and seamless! Moving from out of state, they were very flexible with initial FaceTime showings, and then meeting with us on a very tight schedule when we were able to visit in town! They worked had to find us the perfect unit and location that met our needs! We are so grateful to have been able to work with them during this process!

Few reasons for rating the overall satisfaction as "average" is because of: Poor Maintenance. Rent increases. Messed up water billing system. The new Manager is kind of new and is uptight and strict and does not have any empathy or flexibility. Makes it even harder. If a tenant complains, they are targeted.

We still have a couple of issues noted at move in that have not been resolved. Also we have a cat smell in our apartment from the former owner.
